A park is being created in the planning area that unites the surroundings and offers a green route all the way to the Danube. The surroundings are linked together. The Stadion Center gets two new entrances facing Engerthstraße. In addition, all shops and restaurants of the Stadion Center are made accessible from the new shared space and get terraces for outdoor seating. The cycling stadium becomes a vertical garden. An urban plaza opens up in front of the long-distance bus terminal. A green roofscape leads to the Danube. The design provides for two rising buildings that communicate with each other through their carefully considered composition and form a public, urban plaza facing Engerthstraße.
