Gemischter Satz – a country blend is more than a housing estate built in timber. It is an in-depth overall concept that offers answers on nature, well-being and building that suits both place and people. An ensemble of five buildings is grouped around a “village green,” an identity-creating central element of this new neighborhood. Right “in the middle” is a meeting zone, a semi-public space that offers various shared outdoor qualities. Here, open space is understood as an essential part of the quality of living and life. The concept focuses on the sustainable use of living space.
The “aura” is the zone directly around the buildings, where balconies combined with trellises, railings and planters offer high-quality outdoor space. This area serves as an additional noise protection measure while also having a positive effect on the microclimate and thus on the adjoining apartments.
